PowerBirth at Hills Yoga Studio

PowerBirth® 5-week Training Course

Please choose a course that will be most suitable to ensure your commitment to classes. The course is structured in a sequential manner. Hence it is recommended not to miss classes, however a session can be made up by attending a corresponding class within the week so that sequence is not lost (please note that this is not always possible).

YOU NEED TO ALLOW a minimum of 10 WEEKS to complete the PowerBirth Program.

Training: Sat 21 & Thur 19
Practice: Thur 10am & Sat 11.30am

February courses suitable for mid May/June due dates
Training: Sat 25 & Thur 23
Practice: Thur 10am & Sat 11.30am

April courses suitable for july/Aug due dates
Training: Sat 28 & Thur 26
Practice: Sat 10am & Thur 7pm

August courses suitable for Oct/Nov due dates
Training: Sat 4 & Thur 2
Practice: Thur 10am & Sat 11.30am

September courses suitable for mid November/December due dates
Training: Sat 8 & Thur 6
Practice: Thur 10am & Sat 11.30am

October course suitable for end Jan/Feb/March due dates
Training: Thur 25
Practice: Sat 10am

Public Holidays & other breaks

No classes (PB Training, PB Practice & SPN classes) on the following dates:

Studio closed from 14 to 22 April
Studio closed on Easter Friday and Monday. Studio closed from 8 to 15 July and no PB Practice from 30 June to 22 July
Studio closed from 30 Sep to 7 October
Studio closes for summer break from 22 December to 10 January
