BOOKING INFO
- Bookings are essential for all classes. Please call Corinne on (02) 9654 9903 for availability or email your
enquiry to powerbirth@hillsyoga.net.au
- Check PowerBirth courses' Starting Dates and choose a course that will be most suitable to ensure commitment to your classes.
- You need to allow a minimum of 10 weeks to complete PB program.
- Check Important Notice in PowerBirth® Program page
- Confirmation of placement is emailed on receipt of payment. (please see Payment)
- NO extension is given on class PASSES. Passes with "no expiry dates" are to be used within your current pregnancy & post partum for Postnatal classes only.
- Booking cancellations (see Cancellation Fees)
- If you need to reschedule your starting date or attend a different day please advise by email as soon as
you can.
PAYMENT
- Payment is required with your booking
- Visa/Mastercard Credit Card payment over the phone: (02) 9654 9903
- Direct Deposit available
- Cash payment is only available for subsequent payments and can be made in class
- Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to other classes (except for workshops)
- Receipts are issued on request only. Check for rebate with your Health Insurance
CANCELLATION FEES
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking so that we can offer your place to another mother.
- Payments are non-refundable once you have started your classes, but can be transferred to other classes
- Full refund will be given when cancellation is received 2 weeks or more before your starting date
- No refund will be given when cancellation is received less than 2 weeks before your starting date, but can be trans-
ferred to other classes, or rescheduled.
